Location: Phoenix Metro Valley and Surrounding Areas – also serving Nevada and Colorado!

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care in a clinical setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with advanced practice providers and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active MD or DO license (Arizona or compact state)
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in specialty area
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and patient relationship skills
