Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (All Specialties)
Location: Phoenix Metro Valley & Surrounding Areas. Also staffing Nevada & Colorado
Schedule: Full-time and Part-time Opportunities Available

As an NP or PA, you’ll play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside collaborative healthcare teams.k
Typical Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and follow-ups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Prescribe medications as appropriate per state guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (state-specific)
- Current DEA license or eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering compassionate, quality care
