Single provider dermatology group in Mesa. Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Fridays 8-3. Prefer dermatology experience but is open to training the right candidate. Must be able to float in the office doing front and back office.
Family Nurse Practitioner Needed
Family Nurse Practitioner needed for Urgent Care/Family Practice in Central Phoenix. Monday – Friday, no weekends or call.
Internal Medicine PA or NP
Internal Medicine group in the West Valley looking for an experienced PA or NP with at least 2 years internal Medicine experience. Will see 20-25 patients per day, EMR is Eclinicals.
Surgery Scheduling
Orthopedic Practice in Phoenix looking for a full-time Surgery Scheduler with 3-5 years of experience. Must have good prior authorization knowledge, experience using EMR software, calling to set up rooms, equipment, and scheduling Anesthesia if necessary. Orthopedic, Cardiology, or Neurosurgery scheduling experience preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
Pay range is 17-20/hr DOE. Medical, PTO, Holiday, and 401k benefits offered.
Front Office Reception
We have several full time front office reception positions available in Mesa, Tempe, Central Phoenix, N.Phx, N.Scottsdale, S.Scottsdale , Peoria, and Sun City.
Duties consist of checking patients in and out, verifying insurance benefits, greeting patients, entering demographic information into electronic medical record software systems, and answering phones. (Will vary depending upon the particular office.)
All are full time positions in different medical offices. Direct hire and temp-to-hire. Hours will range from 7am-4pm to 8am-5pm. Pay ranges from 14/hr-16/hr DOE

Practice Financial Manager
We have a 9 physician internal medicine group, located in N.Phoenix looking for a full time Financial Manager. Duties will consist of overseeing all practice financial reporting, meaningful use reporting, payroll, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, over sight of the revenue/billing cycle and direct responsibility of 2 direct reports from the billing department. Advanced knowledge and use of Quickbooks accounting software a must. 3-5 years of practice financial management strongly preferred. Experience and comfort working closely with practice providers/ownership and handling of confidential information in a discreet manner. Bachelor degree preferred but not mandatory if you have necessary work experience equivalence.
This is a full-time position Mon-Fri. Pay range 50-60k/yr depending on experience. They also offer full benefits (Medical, PTO, Holiday Pay, and 401k).
